Abundant Life Christian Center has set up your pickup. This takes about 2 minutes, right from your phone.
You'll take a few photos and sign. Your photos stay on your phone until you submit.
The short version of what we're each agreeing to. Scroll to read, then check the box.
Care & return. Treat the van like your own, and bring it back on time and clean.
Full to full. The tank is provided full — please return it full, or reimburse the fuel to top it off.
Licensed & insured. Only licensed, insured, approved drivers. Your own insurance applies first.
If something happens. You're responsible for damage, loss, or tickets while it's in your care; ordinary wear is never your concern. Report any accident right away.
Looking out for one another. You release and hold the church harmless for use of the vehicle once it leaves our care. Governed by Nebraska law.
Our insurance (Brotherhood Mutual) asks these of every driver — takes about 30 seconds. Vehicle: 2012 Chevrolet Express 3500.
Primary driver = you drive it more than once per month, or more than 12 times per year.

Hold steady and make sure the text is readable. These are stored privately and auto-deleted after the trip.
Take a clear photo of the dashboard odometer, then confirm the numbers.
